1. What are the requirements for enrolling in the German Language Visa Course?

To enrol in the German Language Visa Course, you need to meet the following requirements:

  • A valid passport

  • A completed enrolment application form

  • Proof of educational qualifications (high school diploma or equivalent)

  • A recent passport-sized photograph

  • Payment of the initial course fee

  • At least A1 from your home country (we recommend A2)

2. What expenses are involved from zero level to completion?

The total expenses for the German Language Visa Course include:

  • Course Fees: The cost of the language course varies depending on the level and duration.

For example , A1- 35,000 PKR , A2- 40,000 PKR (B1- 780 Euros in Germany and B2- 800 Euros)

  • Visa Fees: 75 Euro Fees charged by the German Embassy/consulate for processing the visa application.

  • Accommodation: Costs for housing, which can vary depending on the city and type of accommodation. It is excluded in our package.

  • Health Insurance: Mandatory health insurance coverage for the duration of your stay in Germany. It is excluded in our package.

  • - Living Expenses: Monthly expenses for food, transportation, and other personal needs. 1027 Euro per months (including rent, health insurance , food etc)

  • Travel Expenses: Airfare to and from Germany.

3. What is the total time required for the entire procedure?

The total time required for the entire procedure typically includes:

  • Enrolment and Documentation: 1-2 weeks

  • Visa Appointment in Pakistan: it is not included in the package. You have to book it at your own.

  • Visa Processing: 4-8 weeks

  • Course Duration: 3-12 months, depending on the level and intensity of the course.

4. What are the steps to pay the amount for the course?

The steps to pay the amount for the course are as follows:

  • Initial Consultation: Contact us to discuss your needs and receive detailed information about the course. (FREE)

  • Submit Application: Fill out the enrolment application form and submit required documents. Fees (20,000 PKR)

  • Payment of Initial Fee: Pay the initial course fee via bank transfer. (Initial fees amount depends upon the course selection. ( e.g. 300-600 Euros)

  • Visa Application Fee: Pay the visa application fee directly to the German consulate/Embassy.

  • Remaining Course Fees: Pay the remaining course fees before or upon arrival in Germany, as per the payment schedule provided.

5. Can I work while studying the German language course?

Yes, you can work while studying the German language course, but there are restrictions. As a language student, you may be allowed to work part-time (usually up to 20 hours per week).

6. What happens if my visa application is rejected?

If your visa application is rejected, you can:

- Appeal the Decision: You have the right to appeal the decision within a specified period.

- Reapply: Address the reasons for rejection, gather additional documentation if needed, and reapply for the visa.

- you will get your initial payment back after deducting the 200 Euro administration fees.

7. Are there any age restrictions for the German Language Visa Course?

There are generally no strict age restrictions for enrolling in a language course. However, applicants should typically be over 18 years old. Younger applicants may need additional documentation and consent from parents or guardians.

8. Is health insurance mandatory for the course?

Yes, health insurance is mandatory for all students attending the German Language Visa Course. You must have valid health insurance coverage for the entire duration of your stay in Germany. you have to pay the contribution of Health insurance at our own.

9. Will the course prepare me for a German language proficiency exam?

Yes, the course is designed to prepare you for recognized German language proficiency exams, such as the Goethe-Institute exams, Telc exams, or TestDaF.

10. How can I get support during my stay in Germany?

We provide ongoing support to our students, including:

- Orientation Sessions: Introduction to living and studying in Germany.
